Kiboko Safaris Terms And Conditions:


Upon booking a tour with Kiboko Safaris, a 20% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.


Payment instructions will be communicated via email. Final balance payment of the tour booked is required no later than 5 weeks before the tour starts. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the tour start date should be paid in full.

A booking is confirmed and these Terms and Conditions shall apply when Kiboko Safaris has received the deposit from the client and the client has received written confirmation from Kiboko Safaris of the booking.


Kiboko Safaris does not provide travel insurance but we highly recommend clients obtain travel insurance from their home country. Should you be forced to cancel your tour, you must inform us in writing. In order to cover our estimated loss caused by your cancellation, fees will be charged per person as follows: 91 days or more before departure the 20% deposit will be non refundable. 90 to 46 days before departure 50% of the package price is non refundable. 45 days or less before departure, 100% of the package price is non refundable.


Kiboko Safaris is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip (visa fees, immunizations, insurance, equipment etc..) or for any necessary additional travel arrangements should you embark from home before the group departure date.


Accommodations are subject to change due to availability. Changes in accommodation will be of an equal value or higher.


Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, it should be noted that itineraries may occasionally change routes as dictated by changing conditions. Such conditions may be brought about by seasonal rainfall on bush tracks, airfields and in game areas. Routes may be changed due to migrations or changes in airline schedules.
